Katelyn's tooth has been loose for a while now and she kept bugging Justin to tie a string to it and the door and YANK it out...watch the video below. Listen carefully to Logan's great idea of removing the tooth!
p.s. I was against this idea, but they did it behind my back. I couldn't believe they did it!! I wanted her teeth in as long as possible. I don't like when little kids have their cute, tiny, perfectly straight little teeth, loose them and then need braces because they don't have room for the permenant ones. She has already lost her bottom 2 but they can't be seen when she smiles.

Oh my gosh, that made me cringe. Katelyn is BRAVE! I would have never done that.
Although, I have to say that my sister didn't pull her little boy's loose tooth and it stayed in his mouth so much longer than it needed to and so his gums started growing down into the dead tooth. So when they finally pulled it, he had this long gum thing dangling down. GROSS.
Oh my gosh, losing teeth is SO GROSS! I'm glad that Gage has only lost 1 so far, and that neither he or Jon is sqeamish- they can deal with all future "loose teeth."
Brave girl. That is definitely not on my list of ways to pull out a loose tooth.

I can't believe Katelyn wanted to have her tooth taken out like that. I never let anyone do that to me in my losing teeth days. I love Logan's idea, that totally made me laugh. I am not looking forward to Ethan's losing teeth days.
She looks happy at least. How scary. I hated it when my tooth was hanging by a thread and trying to get it out!
This was so fun to watch! Logan's comment was the best!!! All boy, right? I still can hardly believe how grown up your kids are. I remember Katelyn's 1st birthday. Marcus' permanent teeth came in so fast after loosing the baby teeth, he hardly had a gap- I was kind of sad about that.
Hahahahha that is awesome, my kids want to watch it over and over again. I didn't know that people really pulled teeth out that way; I always thought it was a joke. Justin is so funny. Love Logan, my cup of tea man, I say shoot it out too!!!! Brock always wanted his teeth out right away becasue they have sharp pointy ends and it hurts when they wiggle. But he never would have been brave enough to do that!!!
Katelyn sure was brave! She never cried after the pull was done. When I was a kid, I remembered that my parents did the same method of getting my wiggling tooth out. But now, when I am having a dental problem, the Myrtle Beach dentists are always in my priority list.
